A Property Dilapidation Report provides a detailed assessment of condition of buildings and other assets around the construction site, identifying any existing defects/damages,
A building and pest inspection provides a clear picture of a property’s condition before you buy, sell, or maintain it. It assesses the structural integrity of the building while identifying any signs of pest activity, including termites, which can cause significant hidden damage. Our inspections are thorough and easy to understand, highlighting defects, safety concerns, and potential risks. We check key areas such as foundations, roofing, subfloors, and timber elements to ensure nothing is overlooked. With a detailed report in hand, you’ll be equipped to make informed decisions, negotiate with confidence, and protect your investment from unexpected issues.
A Pre final building inspection or practical completion inspection is the final check before you take possession of your new home. It confirms the build meets agreed specifications and industry standards, while identifying any incomplete work or defects to be fixed before final payment—when the builder is still responsible. Hiring a qualified inspector helps protect your investment. Even well-built homes can have hidden issues, from poor finishes to plumbing faults or incorrectly installed fixtures, that may lead to costly repairs if missed. Our inspections focus on detail and quality, giving you confidence at handover. With a clear, comprehensive report, you’ll be ready to address any issues with your builder and ensure everything is completed to standard.

I can’t believe how thorough our inspector was. Very professional and easy to speak with. I expected to have to google words used in the report to understand what they meant, but this was not the case. The reports were written so that no matter what your background is, you understand it. The report was extensive and included great photos. Could not be happier.

I got my pre completion report for my house before it was handed over. I got inspector from Property Inspection Melbourne who inspected my house on my behalf . Picked up few defects which saved money and got them rectified through the builder before I took possession of my house which otherwise would have costed me upto $20K. I got a professional report and on time service. The service was much more value than the price I paid. Very reasonable
